Church LeadersThe Leadership Team The Church is led by the Leadership Team. There are currently six members of the team Others may be co-opted onto the team for specific tasks.
Ken Coulter Ken worked as a milkman and an asbestos stripper before studying theology at Aberdeen University. From there he moved with Muriel to be full time pastor at RBCC in 1986. The development of team ministry within the church allowed him to move into education, studying at Strathclyde University (Jordanhill) and then teaching in Glasgow schools. He was seconded to Learning & Teaching Scotland as Development Officer for Religous Observance in scottish schools. Since April 2008 he has worked with Scripture Union Scotland as the Project Leader for the GO Project. Ken continues to share in the preaching in RBCC

David started work as The Development Officer for RBCC on the 1st Febraury 2007. David previously worked as a teacher of modern studies, the schools director for Scripture Union in Lanarkshire and more recently as the Congregational Development Worker for Hamilton Presbytery.
Nancy Haggarty Nancy is a native Ruglonian. She worked with Cambuslang Carers for many years. Along with her husband Ernie, Nancy is a proud granny to Euan Katie Paterson Katie is employed by Glasgow City Council in education and is Church Secretary. Since April 2008 Katie has a new post as Children and Families Development Officer. She looks after Spike the cat and husband Craig.
Muriel Coulter Muriel works as a District Nurse in nearby Cambuslang and has responibilty for Worship in RBCC. She is married to Ken.
